Terms of use

Zavirelli provides interior design services and content at zavirelli.vip. Use of this site does not create any contractual relationship for design work. Orders and services are confirmed only by written agreement or signed proposal.

Prices are indicative unless confirmed in writing.
We may update content without notice; check terms before relying on site material.
Service agreements are governed by New Zealand law, subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

Consumer rights (New Zealand)

Zavirelli complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are a consumer acquiring services for personal use, you are entitled to remedies where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, or match any description or sample.

If a service is faulty

We will remedy faults promptly. Contact us with details; we aim to resolve or offer a refund/replacement where NZ law requires.

Complaints & remedies

You can escalate unresolved matters to the Commerce Commission or the Disputes Tribunal depending on the nature and value of the claim.

Intellectual property

All design concepts, drawings, images and text on this site are protected by copyright and remain the property of Zavirelli unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Clients receive licence to use delivered work as specified in their agreement.

Privacy & data protection

We process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we retain it. We do not sell personal data.

Security

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions).

Complaints, notices & dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter promptly. If unresolved, consumers in New Zealand may seek remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act or pursue the Disputes Tribunal or relevant regulatory bodies.
